It's been a while since I last posted because things have been going just fine in the breastfeeding and working world. Breastfeeding with Aaron is a snap these days. He's pretty quick (typically less than 15 minutes) and flexible with places and positions. This period must be the reward for making it work early on. Sometimes I think I can feed Aaron faster than it would take to even prepare a bottle of formula.
My supply has been going well, and I really think the different pump (a Medela Symphony instead of a Pump In Style) is a big reason. I was out and about one day last week and using the PIS again--I pumped less than usual and had to pump after Aaron went to bed to provide enough for daycare the next day.
Sleep is our biggest issue these days. Aaron wakes up probably 4-5 times a night. He's in the bed with me so I just hook him up and fall back asleep. I suspect he may be doing "reverse cycle feeding" to spend a little more time with Mom. For now, it's livable.
